Turkish consumers rank Toyota number one brand in customer satisfaction

Toyota retains the number one spot in Turkey's Customer Satisfaction Index for passenger car brands for the third year running. The extensive index, published by the Turkish National Quality Association KalDer and consumer research agency KA Araşırma, reflects the sentiments of more than 10,000 consumers from all 81 provinces in Turkey.

Ali Haydar Bozkurt, President of Toyota Pazarlama ve Sat A.., said: "This result is not a coincidence. It is a good example of how we maintain a high level of continued customer satisfaction as well as our customers' trust in our company and brand."

In the latest edition of the Consumer Satisfaction Index, Toyota scored 82 points to remain as the number one passenger car brand in customer satisfaction.
