2012 Toyota number one Customer Satisfaction in Turkey for fourth year

Toyota is the number one customer satisfaction brand for passenger cars in the 2011 Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index. This is the fourth consecutive year in which Toyota took the top spot in the extensive study. Conducted by National Quality Association (KalDer) and research agency, KA Araştırma Limited, the index surveyed 11,479 consumers across all 81 provinces in the country.

Ali Haydar Bozkurt, President of Toyota Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş., said: "This award demonstrates the success of our sustainable approach towards complete customer satisfaction. The cornerstone of our approach is to offer the right products and services to our customers while maintaining honest and transparent communication with the customer at all times."

The annual index asks customers to rate brands in Turkey on their ability to meet the customers' expectations as well as providing satisfactory sales and after sales services. In the 2011 index, Toyota received a score of 82 points to top the passenger car category.
