Pascal Ruch, Vice President Corporate & Governmental Affairs Toyota Motor Europe

Pascal Ruch began his automotive career in 1990 with Renault Germany in the marketing department.

In 1995, he transitioned to Volvo Germany and subsequently to the European Headquarters in Belgium as Product Planning Director.

In 2001, Pascal joined Toyota as Marketing Director in Germany,  advancing  to Sales Director in 2005 and Sales & Marketing Director in 2007.

By 2009, Pascal was appointed Sales Planning Director at Toyota Motor Europe Headquarters in Brussels. In February 2012, he moved to France to serve as President & CEO of Toyota France.

Pascal joined Lexus Europe in January 2017, initially as Director of Sales & Marketing, before being promoted to Head of Lexus Europe in January 2018, Vice President of Lexus Europe and Value Chain in January 2019, and holding this position until May 2025.

As of June 2025, Pascal has been appointed Vice President Corporate & Governmental Affairs.

Pascal holds Master’s Degrees in Economics from institutions in France and Germany.

Born in Alsace, he is 56 years old and a father of two sons.
